I use the soap for a great exfoilant...if you have dry or really delicate skin you are better off with the Adovia Mudd Soap I use that one also and its soft and great for all skin types! I like the apricot because of its skin circulation powers and its so healthy for acne / combo skin... I rub the soap on my back brush because its so powerful and than wont be abrasive ... its a great body acne soap!!!! It's also great for taking off mudd masks/body mudd because of the abrasion. JUST buy the soap for your skin type best!!!All serve there luvely purpose... I luv it!

This bar is too rought for my skin. It does work well on my feet. The bar I have does not seem to have any scent. (I got a lavendar bar too, and it smells great.)
If you need exfoilating this bar does that, but if you have sensitive skin this would not be a good choice, choose another bar (lavendar is wonderful).

Apply using little pressure because it can be harsh if too much pressure is applied.

Pleasent Smell.
This small bar is better than jars of body scrub that I've bought and paid a lot more for. I use this all over my body and feet about once or twice a week. As other commenters stated, you don't need to apply much pressure. This product exceeded my expectations and I'm very impressed. I will continue to buy this over and over again!

Better than I thought.
I purchased this to exfoliate my skin when I shower. It works great but you don't need much pressure for it to exfoliate. I wouldn't recommend for sensitive skin. I have purchased several ethnic products to even skin tones and to use for acne. They work great.
Pros: Cleans Effectively, Lathers Well, Moisturizing, Pleasant Smell
Bottom Line: recommended

I ordered this to use as a facial soap, but I love how the Apricot seeds act as a mild exfoliant and now I use it directly on my skin in the shower. It's like having a salt scrub every day. It literally leaves your skin squeaky clean and also moisturized at the same time. I love that it's all natural and that the purchase directly supports the women who make it. I would buy a case of it! I am a woman of color but I think it would be great for any skin type. I have dry skin.
