Return Policy
California Inside & Out accepts returned products under the following conditions:

Bottle leakage
- Unsatisfied with product – must have at least 90% product remaining

30 Day Guarantee
Orders can be returned for a full refund, less shipping costs if they are returned in 30 days of purchase. Orders must include the original packaging to receive a refund. If the product being returned has been used or opened, please contact us with the order information and state the reason for the return. We will try to accommodate all return requests, but we reserve the right to deny accepting returns on opened and used products. Returns sent without prior authorization will be accepted solely at the discretion of California Inside & Out. The customer must cover the cost of the returns that are not the result of errors by California Inside & Out.

All returns must be sent to California Inside & Out, for the exchange of a new unit.

Shipping & Processing
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Processing time does not include weekends.

C.I.O offers free shipping on all orders over $100.00 in the continental United States. All other domestic orders will be charged depending on quantity of the package, all orders will ship via Federal Express.

Shipping cost
Standard Shipping – $6.50 + $0.50 per item (2-6 business days after order processing)

2nd Day Air – 17.00 + $1.00 per item (2 business days after order processing)

Next Day Air – $40.00 + 2.00 per item (1 business day after order processing)

We can not deliver shipments to P.O. Boxes
